Insolvency Law

Insolvency law is of great importance for entrepreneurs – not only in crisis situations.

In particular, the regulations of appeal under the German Insolvency Act (Insolvenzordnung, InsO) or the German Creditors' Avoidance of Transfers Act (Anfechtungsgesetz, AnfG) pose risks for companies if, for example, payments already received are later contested. The personal liability of company representatives poses further risks that are often underestimated. We advise our clients on an ongoing basis with regard to possible liability risks and also represent their interests in court.
